Melleny Melody, better known as Melleefresh, is a Canadian singer and actress from Toronto, Ontario. As a child, she was recognized for her voice work in 1980s cartoons, including Care Bears, Strawberry Shortcake, and Inspector Gadget. As an adult, she legally changed her birth name and became active in her local dance music scene. In 1996, she founded Play Records and met deadmau5 in 2004.

Between 2006 and 2007, deadmau5 and Melleefresh collaborated on several songs and remixes under the name Freshmau5. Outside of this, Melleefresh's discography includes singles, collaborations with various producers and DJs, and compilation albums featuring remixes of her work.
